Modementum is seeking an energetic, motivated, and dynamic AT&T Account Manager to join our team. This role is all about creating connections, solving problems, and making an impact—while having a blast doing it!

We're on the lookout for AT&T Account Managers to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers—building relationships, driving sales, and ensuring they're happy with their experience. What You'll Do as an AT&T Account Manager:

  • Represent AT&T, a global leader in telecommunications, as you manage and grow client accounts
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their go-to resource
  • Present tailored solutions to meet customer needs with AT&T's cutting-edge products and services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions 
  • Smash your sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success
  • Collaborate with internal sales & marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
 

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Account Manager:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent —Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • 1+ years experience in retail sales, event marketing, or related preferred (No prior experience? No problem! - We provide full training to get you set up for success)
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you're a natural people person
  • A drive to exceed expectations and a hunger for success
  • An adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
  • A knack for problem-solving and making decisions on the fly
