About the Role:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and motivated Audiology Technician to join our fast-paced ENT practice. This role supports our team of audiologists, otolaryngologists, and physician assistants in delivering high-quality patient care by assisting with hearing evaluations, hearing aid services, and day-to-day clinic operations. Ideal candidates will be team players who thrive in a dynamic medical environment and are passionate about patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with hearing tests, tympanometry, and otoacoustic emissions (OAE) testing.
2. Perform basic hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
3. Prepare patients and exam rooms for audiology services.
4. Instruct patients on hearing aid care, use, and insertion techniques.
5. Maintain and track audiology supplies, batteries, and equipment.
6. Help coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
7. Ensure accurate documentation in patient charts and electronic health records (EHR).
8. Collaborate with providers to support overall patient care and flow.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework or degree in audiology, or equivalent, is preferred.
2. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume clinical environment.
4. Basic computer proficiency.
