Position Title: CNC Machine Operator

• CNC Setup & Operation: Set up and operate 3-axis CNC Mills and Lathes to perform high-precision machining operations.

• Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure each part is produced to exact requirements.

• Machine Maintenance: Perform daily and preventative maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Process Monitoring: Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and product quality throughout the production run.

• Quality Control: Inspect machined components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances.

• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to refine machining processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall production workflow.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine logs, and inspection results.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, with proficiency in operating 3-axis CNC Mills & Lathes.

• Machine Proficiency: Experience with Hurco machines and Conversational CNC programming is highly preferred .

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining best practices.

• Attention to Detail: High precision and quality standards with the ability to detect and correct machining errors.

• Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented attitude.

• Adaptability: Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
