Job Description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a group practice that is seeking a dentist. The office is seeking a full time dentist but would consider part time as well. The office has a busy patient base already established and many new patients each month.

The office is a mix of FFS and PPOs, with no HMOs and no Medicaid. They are seeking a dentist to work 3-5 days per week depending on their preference. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an excellent staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together. The office is a state of the art office with paperless charting, digital x-rays and much more.

A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 200K to 300K per year or more, depending on procedures performed and experience. They are offering a very competitive salary and a competitive percentage of collections. They also offer benefits, retirement plan and continuing education stipend.
Associate Dentist Responsibilities:
Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues.
Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations.
Providing dental treatments to patients.
Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed.
Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures.
Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
