Job Description:
The Director, Treasury is responsible for leading the treasury strategy and overseeing the management and analysis of treasury operations. This role ensures efficient handling of treasury compliance, reporting, and customer relationship management, contributing to effective financial operations and organizational growth.Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the treasury strategy.
Oversee the management and analysis of treasury operations.
Conduct treasury compliance and reporting.
Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders.
Document and maintain accurate records of treasury transactions.
Support the full life cycle of treasury operations, including planning and provisions.
Collaborate with finance team members to improve treasury processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
Experience:
Required: 10+ years of experience in treasury analysis or a related role.
Preferred: Experience with treasury compliance and team leadership.

T he Compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
