Job Overview:

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and efficiency in the mortgage process by handling disclosures, setting up third-party services, and verifying employment details. Ideal for professionals eager to grow in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process mortgage disclosures accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to support the loan process
• Conduct employment verification and related documentation
• Enter and maintain borrower information in mortgage platforms such as Encompass
• Support the processing team with various administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage, financial services, or customer service
• Strong proficiency in mortgage processing systems, particularly Encompass
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Additional Skills & Attributes:

• Familiarity with disclosure procedures and regulatory requirements
• Experience setting up third-party vendor services
• Solid data entry skills and technical aptitude
• Friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
