Are you a CLEAN FREAK and enjoy deep cleaning, tidying up and make things sparkle? We are looking for someone on a part time basis to perform basic cleaning tasks. Very flexible hours varying between 10 and 30 hours per week (depending on schedule).

Here's what your day would look like:

• Routine schedule of cleaning common spaces like lobby areas, bathrooms and conference rooms
• Scheduled cleaning of vacant apartments 
  • Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms
  • Deep cleaning refrigerators and stove/ovens
  • Scrubbing floors
  • Washing windows and walls

Qualifications include:

• Ability to perform all job duties including walking, climbing stairs, bending, stooping and carrying up to 30 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Have a good eye for detail ensuring all checklists used for cleaning are complete
• Reliable and trustworthy! Will be required to work independently
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
