As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the residential lending department, you'll have access to a wide variety of residential loan products, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse Loans, Jumbo-ARMs, Fixed and I/O, NON-QM, DSCR, Stated Income Programs, and 2nd Trust Deed Loans. With advanced origination tools and comprehensive in-house support, we provide a competitive environment that will help you thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and database.
Market loans to existing clientele and actively create new lending opportunities.
Develop and nurture relationships with realtors, CPAs, and other professionals to generate leads.
Represent the company at networking events like industry seminars, local chamber meetings, and realtor functions.
Counsel potential homebuyers and pre-qualify them for loans.
Complete accurate and efficient loan applications, ensuring all required documents are gathered and compliant with regulations.
Keep track of loan progress, ensuring compliance with guidelines from FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, and other investors.
Communicate regularly with loan processors, clients, realtors, and builders to keep everyone updated on loan statuses.
Work in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to operate remotely or from any office location.

What We're Looking For:

At least 12 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a proven ability to self-generate loan production.
Proficiency in using origination software such as Encompass and/or Calyx Point.
A thorough understanding of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and the entire loan process, from processing to closing.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive for success.
Active National NMLS registration is required.
