Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities:   
•    Lead all legal aspects of global acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. 
•    Draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documents, including confidentiality agreements and letters of intent. 
•    Advise on antitrust matters, particularly merger control for acquisitions. 
•    Manage outside counsel in connection with the above. 

Requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s degree. 
•    Juris Doctor (JD) in law. 
•    Three to seven years of experience in M&A is required. 
•    Willingness to travel, domestic and internationally. 


Candidates who possess qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs. Depending on their education, experience, and skill level, candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities, including positions ranging from Attorney, Counsel to Senior Counsel.
