ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$65,000 - $74,000 annually

JOB SUMMARY
As a Mechanical Test Engineer in Racine, Wisconsin, you may be tasked with: planning, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of product and component systems; developing, designing, and conducting, tests and evaluations; installation and calibration of equipment and instruments; establishing, following, and documenting lab test procedures and making determinations of corrective actions; communicating and presenting to key stakeholders and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience required. Co-ops and internships can be considered professional experience for this role
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems required
  • Ability to travel as needed (with advanced notice) required
  • Agricultural, construction, automotive, or similar background preferred
  • Direct experience in the heavy equipment/off-road vehicle industry a strong plus
