Job Description

Our client, a leader in the printing and mailing industry, is seeking a Print Mail Operator to join their team. As a Print Mail Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient mail processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Print Mail Operator

Location: Franklin, WI

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 1st shift 7:30am - 4:00pm

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate printing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.
• Utilize middleware to control production output and prioritize workflow to meet service level agreements.
• Insert forms and documents into mailings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive materials.
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain equipment to prevent errors and ensure smooth operations.
• Document service calls and escalate issues to management as necessary, contributing to continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in print mail operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating printing and inserting/mailing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to perform minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
