Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic law firm based in Southern California. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead real estate litigation cases from start to finish, including initial assessments, strategy development, and appeals.
Develop innovative litigation strategies and actively participate in settlement negotiations.
Provide expert legal counsel on complex real estate laws, transactions, and related matters.
Draft and review key legal documents concerning real estate issues.
Build and nurture client relationships while contributing to the firm's business development and growth.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership with the California State Bar.
At least 5 years of experience specializing in real estate litigation.
A strong book of business (valued at $400,000+).
Outstanding analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
A passion for building relationships and engaging with the community.
Experience working in a remote environment.
