Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Waimea, HI
Shift Type: 3x 12 Days
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

 

Job Description:  

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the care plan and under the direction of an RN or physician.
• Monitor and document patients' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and behavioral changes.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and dressing changes.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to update care plans and ensure continuity of care.

 

Qualifications:

 

LTC LPN candidates must have 2 years of recent LTC experience. 

Additional Requirements:

• HI LPN License
• BLS and ACLS certifications
