As a key member of our Internal Medicine team , you’ll support advanced diagnostics and specialty procedures while ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience for both patients and clients. This role offers hands-on experience in a specialty setting with the added benefit of cross-training in Cardiology.

Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position

Some holidays are required 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

  • Starting at $22/hr , commensurate with experience

Requirements

What You'll Do:


As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures
  • Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet’s care
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
  • Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with timely referral documentation
  • Cross-train and support the Cardiology department as needed
Who We're Looking For:
  • Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) , or an experienced Veterinary Assistant
  • Prior experience or interest in Internal Medicine or specialty care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ultrasound and endoscopy procedures is a plus
  • Comfortable using veterinary software systems
  • A compassionate, proactive, and collaborative approach to veterinary care
