About the Role

The Company is seeking a Client Lead Finance Officer Team - Vice President to join a new team focused on supporting the Chief Client Officer. This role is pivotal in managing all financial aspects across the client organization, defining financial objectives, and driving strategy in partnership with global business and functional areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of deliverables, including monthly performance analyses, target setting, and forward-looking analytics for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities also include supporting the annual budget process, forecasts, and the CCAR process to ensure the long-term performance of the client organization. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years' of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred. The role demands a professional with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and effectively operate in a cross-functional, global environment. The candidate will be expected to provide analysis and insight into financial results, advise on strategic decisions, and influence the performance and strategy of the client organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision are essential. The role also requires the candidate to be an expert in their field, able to exercise independent judgment, and to always consider the firm's reputation and compliance with regulations.
