Job Summary The Events and Space Coordinator supports high-profile event planning across the Central Region, working closely with executives and staff to ensure seamless meetings and events. This includes managing Event Management Systems, workplace reservation tickets, project management, and providing training as needed. The role involves supporting the Chicago office with event execution and remotely assisting other sites, communicating updates, and monitoring support needs. Core Responsibilities Serve as a secondary contact for Workplace Reservation projects, managing relationships with support teams and system contacts. Manage and respond to ServiceNow tickets promptly, escalating issues appropriately. Prepare monthly reports and analyze key metrics related to meetings and events. Handle meeting room bookings via EMS, maximizing space utilization and ensuring real-time updates. Coordinate with onsite teams for multi-site, high-profile, and non-managed site events, providing support and troubleshooting. Assist with Event Management Systems troubleshooting, training, and system outages. Support non-managed sites with event planning, including logistics like AV, catering, signage, and materials. Produce detailed event resumes, host pre- and post-event meetings, and ensure proper setup and billing. Conduct walkthroughs, address discrepancies, and generate reports. Perform other duties as required to ensure successful event execution. Prerequisites Experience managing corporate or social events and meetings. Basic logistical planning and vendor management skills. Understanding of food services and catering. Apply today!
