Job Description

Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Weslaco, TX

Pay Rate: $12-$14 per hour

What's the Job?

• Execute the shipping plan by assigning incoming trucks/trailers to docks for pick up/drop.
• Manage the assignment of loads to be built on the warehouse floor.
• Interact with drivers and release loads with Bill of Lading signatures.
• Receive all incoming materials/products in Oracle and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating policies and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of previous experience as a clerk.
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and basic computer skills.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
